About My Clients
My goal is to support women and couples who are navigating major life transitions, anxiety, perinatal mental health, stress, and breaking unhealthy generational cycles. I work with couples in distress, and individuals seeking relief from the exhaustion of constant worry and stress. My hope in our work together is to re-establish a sense of mental wellbeing and equip you with the tools to become your healthiest self. I believe with the right support, all client goals can be accomplished.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, my hope is to restore a sense of peace, build inner resilience, and establish a sense of hope through meaningful relationship and support. We will explore early attachments, core beliefs, themes, and their impact on current life challenges. We will also work to identify harmful thinking patterns that cause anxiety and stress to give you tools to think more clearly and experience more peace in your everyday life. My therapeutic approach focuses on Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I also have completed Gottman Level One and Level Two training and love to work with couples who want to achieve and restore health and inspire relational wellness in generations to come.
