About My Clients
My clients often come to therapy seeking to feel less overwhelmed, less stressed, improve motivation, and reduce procrastination. Creating the steps that bring forth change can be challenging. Working to find the how and why, I help them to light up a clear path to their desired destination. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, and traumatic experiences.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events or struggle with anxiety. As a therapist, I am committed to create a judgement free environment, empower my clients, and help them build resilience in the face of adversity. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic experience or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, I am here to support you on your journey toward greater health and well-being. My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning that I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working through their emotions at their own pace. I use a number of different interventions such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, Brainspotting, and EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone has their own unique struggles, values, needs, desires, and purpose. My work begins with curiosity and exploration of these aspects of life. From an understanding of one's life I strive to help you find your solutions and create a path to change and increased wellness.
