My experience is eclectic and personalized for you. I work to help you identify ways to effectively manage emotional stress. This emotional stress can be the result of social or general anxiety, life transitions, or low self esteem. I also have several areas of specialties which range from financial therapy, animal assisted therapy, trauma, grief and bereavement (includes pet loss).

I believe in collaborative care and that you are the expert of your life. My job as your therapist is to help support and guide you through the process while ensuring a safe space as we work together towards creating balance and peace in your life.
