About My Clients
I work with adults helping them overcome anxious thoughts and behaviors, process past experiences and support healthy living. Many clients find value and wish to improve communication skills using nonviolent communication, understand and create healthy boundaries, and improve relationships. Often this helps improve anxiety, depression, childhood wounds, and improve self-esteem. Being supportive of healthy choices and remaining true to oneself is a process therapy can nurture.
My Background and Approach
I greatly value positive regard and pointing out people's true nature, gifts, and talents. Together we work to discover existing coping strategies and help connect the dots to feel more seen and heard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I find as boundaries improve so do childhood wounds, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I teach and guide groups weekly with clients all over the world working on communication skills, coping with anxiety, attachment style, and reducing emotional paralysis. It is something I myself continue to work on and share my experience so as to encourage vulnerability and help us connect with each other in meaningful ways. My ig account is @boundariesexplained
