Hi, I'm Julia Davis, a Michigan, California and Washington-licensed therapist offering online appointments.

Low chronic stress and major stressors are an area that therapy can offer relief, support, and give voice to unspoken root causes. Asking the right questions can quickly shed light on this and offer insight on next steps.
I've work with individuals and facilitate groups tying together key concepts that bring more compassion in leadership and personal relationships. The connection between relationships and boundaries anchors powerful tools that therapy can nurture to reveal the best in each other. My passion for learning guides my growing knowledge base of core human needs, boundaries, and communication skills.
I continue to pursue knowledge of compassionate leadership and personal growth by collaborating with leaders as passionate as I am about this. My work's focus on the subject of personal growth begins with the relationship with yourself. Throughout my career, I have adopted much of my skill set through constant reading and ongoing training with people's work I admire most. My approach anchors many ideas from a variety of industries and subject matter. This creates a tailored experience for you.
I am deeply passionate about personal growth and compassionate leadership. My work's focus is to help others see the best version of the self. In doing so, their goals reveal believable, specific, actionable items that have helped my clients land a dream job, negotiate higher salary compensation, start businesses, and approach their personal relationships with more enthusiasm and joy.
Positive-regard is a powerful tool of person-centered therapy utilized in my practice. This improves confidence and brings to the conscious those deeper-rooted wants and needs.
By taking this compassionate and non-judgmental approach people may repair personal beliefs based in past history. The power of authentic connections between people is what makes this a healing experience.
I lead weekly groups on the connection between boundaries and anxiety, communication skills to reduce anxiety, speaking up and reducing emotional paralysis, improving relationships and boundaries in early adulthood, and mastering the transition to adulthood. Much of the work I do utilizes nonviolent communication and boundaries work to improve anxiety, relationships, childhood wounds, self-esteem, and depression to name a few. I am passionate about this topic to help people lead fuller lives.
