About My Clients

Are you seeking a safe and compassionate space to heal from trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, or life transitions? Do you struggle with burnout, grief, anxiety, or depression? Are you a patient or family member affected by cancer, or an adult with a history of childhood emotional neglect? I'm here to help. As a therapist, I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and accepted. Together, we'll explore your authentic self and embark on a journey of healing and personal growth.

My Background and Approach

As a healthcare professional with over three decades of experience, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a therapist. With bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in nursing, I've dedicated my career to providing compassionate and effective care. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the critical need for accessible mental health services. Witnessing the challenges individuals faced firsthand, I felt inspired to focus my career on mental health counseling. In addition to my nursing background, I'm a seasoned Reiki Master. By combining my clinical expertise with holistic modalities, I aim to help my clients heal on a mind-body-spirit level. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll develop personalized strategies to address your unique needs and promote lasting healing. I look forward to walking with you on your healing journey and serving as a dedicated advocate for your well-being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the inherent value and potential of every individual. Access to mental health care should be a priority, not a privilege. We all deserve to be seen, heard, and supported on our journeys of healing and growth. I'm dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their authentic selves without fear of judgment. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and live fulfilling lives. I believe in the power of diversity and the importance of cultural sensitivity in therapy. By understanding and respecting different perspectives, we can foster a more compassionate and inclusive society.
