My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is if a person wants change and is committed to change, they can effect change to become better, stronger, and wiser. The change starts with one's thinking, a belief in something or someone outside of one's self, and clarity in facts verses feelings in stressful situations. In helping people to move to positive change, I believe that a person knows his/her own strengths and weaknesses and helping them to rely on their own strengths to solve problems helps them to have long term change to improve their quality of life.
