About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have been specializing in working with those diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety throughout my career and therefore I can provide you with evidence based techniques that actually work! I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice and will incorporate other evidenced based interventions to tailor a treatment plan that meets your needs. I will provide you with tools that you can start implementing right away to ease your symptoms and see the results you're looking for. I describe my style as; solutions-focused, open-minded, friendly, and collaborative. I encourage clients to share what is working, what they want to see more of in sessions, and to take a very active role in their journey.

I believe in treating all people with the utmost respect and dignity. I feel privileged to be a therapist and to have clients welcome me into their evolution of becoming the person they want to be. I approach every client from the mindset of curiosity and consideration. I aspire to learn about all of the little variables that have contributed to your success, your accomplishments, but also your disappointments or regrets.
