About My Clients

I provide children, teens and young adults with a supportive, nonjudgmental, collaborative relationship to work through these struggles together, and to find a path toward healing, growth and empowerment. There is hope in every situation, no matter how painful the present moment may be. I actively engage in ongoing training to support LGBTQ+ teens or young adults as well as anti-racism training and work with clients who have experienced oppression, discrimination and bias.

My Background and Approach

I have served as the President for the Sacramento Branch of the Association for Play Therapy (APT) and am actively a member of the CA Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
