About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults, teens, and couples working to achieve mutual goals. Therapy goals are individually tailored to fit each person’s needs. For instance, you may be struggling with adjustment, anxiety, depression, interpersonal crises, with issues pertaining to identity or many other life stressors; we can set shared goals and tackle them a little bit at a time. I particularly enjoy working with survivors of trauma, those working on relational issues, and those diagnosed with ADHD.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a warm caring therapist who simply wants to help you get to a place where you are feeling like your best self. I aim to walk alongside you in your journey toward achieving your goals. I hope to create a warm, considerate, safe environment that invites you to come and speak your truth. I look forward to getting to know you and working together toward common goals. I primarily view therapy from a relational-cultural lens. I believe that relationships and shared connections with others are the cornerstones of developing a healthy sense of self. Instead of focusing on becoming more independent from others, I believe that strong connections with others are the mark of positive well-being. Growth-fostering relationships and connections are thought to be conduits for change. I also subscribe to the idea that emotions are influenced by biology and cognition.
