About My Clients
My work with adults and adolescents includes those with a trauma history, depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues, somatic symptoms with no medical explanation, feeling stuck or sensing that something is just “not right”, as well as healthcare providers & other first responders who have experienced increased stress during the COVID crisis. If you are a parent, I absolutely understand it takes a village to raise a child, and offering parenting skills and support.
My Background and Approach
I have a Masters in Social Work, and am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I practice from a holistic, biopsychosocial–spiritual perspective. Additionally, I have completed extensive training in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I am a trained child and family therapist, and skilled at working with parents who feel they may need extra support in their parenting journey. I practice psychotherapy from a strengths-based perspective, which I believe is critical to maintaining a sense of hope, resilience, & empowerment. I provide a safe space filled with kindness, empathy, & humor.
