Life is a gift, but as we all know, life is not without challenges. Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness, stress, and relationship issues such as reducing conflict and people pleasing can be difficult to navigate on your own. Together we can work through stuck patterns that feel overwhelming and find new pathways that can lead to a more balanced and rewarding life.
My Background and Approach
My clients face a wide range of mental health and life challenges. I find when we are discouraged or distressed, investigating our thinking patterns can help open the “door” to new perspectives and ideas that can help improve our lives. We all have inner strengths and skills that help us deal with difficult emotions and life circumstances. The goal is to become aware of the skills and strengths that you own and use those strengths to deal with tough situations in any area of your life.
