I can help you get out of the anxiety cycle, understand what is driving perfectionism and burnout, and help you form new patterns of self-compassion and self-care. A big thing we will focus on in our work together is helping you understand what you are feeling and how to meet your own needs. We will help you develop coping skills to calm the panic attacks and anxiety onslaughts. We will work on boundaries and resolve past trauma.

You're over always being the helper in the relationship. I will help you evaluate where your boundaries need a tune-up so that your needs get to matter, too. We will build your self-compassion, helping you value yourself at a deeper level.

I can help you explore the roots of where your low self-esteem comes from, and help you build a new foundation of self-love, healing trauma along the way.

In the first one or two sessions, we will discuss your goals and agree on a roadmap to get us there that fits with your priorities and preferred way of working. I am flexible to match my approach to what you need out therapy.
I like to weave in a combination of short-term and long-term strategies to help your life change for the better. We will do the more long-term work of processing underlying trauma and shifting your relationship with yourself to be more self-compassionate, and we will also employ a solution-focused approach to help you find concrete and practical strategies to find relief right away. Solution-focused approaches help you build habits and routines to promote your counseling transformation.
I use a therapy called Lifespan Integration, which is a gentle, body-based therapeutic method that heals without re-traumatizing. LI therapy facilitates rapid healing in people of all ages, and is effective with a wide range of therapeutic issues. We can use Lifespan Integration to clear traumas, build self-esteem, help diffuse relationship stress, help with grief, target negative beliefs, decrease anxiety and depression, promote a calmer nervous system, and more.
