About My Clients
We all experience challenges in life, but sometimes those challenges can leave us feeling hopeless, helpless, or stuck. Perhaps you have tried a number of things already, but nothing has seemed to lift the feeling of heaviness or escape the constant cycle of worry. Reaching out to a professional can feel overwhelming, and it may be difficult to know where to start.
My Background and Approach
I work with my clients to establish an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and trust where we can begin to unpack what has been contributing to the distress and develop a plan toward healing. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling empowered with skills and strategies to go on and live a more fulfilling life. As a Woodlands native, I went on attend Baylor University where I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and my master’s degree in social work. Since that time, I have gained extensive experience working with individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health concerns. I utilize evidence-based treatments and integrate different models and theories to meet the individual needs of each client. It is my joy to journey with clients toward healing, and I look forward to working with you!
