I know how isolating it can feel to experience stressful or traumatic events on your own, and so often, we feel like a burden on our loved ones for turning to them for support. It is my mission to help you process difficult experiences in a safe environment, so you can grow, heal, and start to feel like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I view therapy as a deeply collaborative process that focuses on you and your needs. I provide evidenced-based trauma treatment, including EMDR and art therapy. This is a very personal journey and the healing space we create together should help you move confidently in the direction of health and healing that feels right for you. *Friday sessions during daytime hours (10am - 3pm) only
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe art therapy is for everyone. Even if you’ve never held a paintbrush before, we can work together to find a style of art therapy that works for you. I don’t expect you to have all the answers, and know that stressful experiences are made even more stressful when we can’t find the words to describe them. That’s why I use art therapy to help you release, rewrite, and heal stories from the past. The creative process lets you transcend traditional talk therapy to get right to the heart of the matter and rediscover your own version of wellbeing.
