I would love to work with you if you find yourself struggling with anxious thoughts, depression, navigating changes, relationship issues, or wanting to gain new skills! In your first session, my goal is to understand what brought you to therapy and how we can best work together to reach your goals.
My Background and Approach
Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I will provide you with tools to reframe potentially distressing thoughts. I also firmly believe in the mind-body connection and may infuse mindfulness techniques if you are open to them!
