The body holds the past, the breath is the present, the mind is in the future. Looking through a holistic lens, we can connect the body and mind to the breath. By healing the past and letting go of future anxiety, we can connect you to the present moment. I use yoga, breath work, meditation and talk-therapy to help you receive the benefits of a physical, mental, and emotional transformation.
