About My Clients

Do you feel like your relationship has lost the connection that it once had? Have you found yourself struggling to be heard, understood and accepted by others? Do you find yourself in arguments with your partner that feel like the same one over and over again? If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you are not alone. I work with many clients who find themselves feeling stuck in life and their relationships without knowing what to do next.

My Background and Approach

Over the past decade, I have been working with individuals and couples, helping create stronger connections to themselves and others. I am a Kink, poly-friendly, Neurodiverse, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. No one person or relationship is the same, which leads me to tailor my approach within the sessions to be personalized and based on the needs of my clients. I will provide you with tools, education, and a greater understanding of yourself and your partner as a way to cultivate a life and relationship that leads you to feel safe and connected. Together, we will put a stop to the endless cycles of disconnection from self, loved ones, and the world.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I have always been fascinated with the complexities of relationships. I am drawn to learning about others and listening to their experiences with moving in the world and their relationships with curiosity and acceptance. I am able to provide a safe place for others to be vulnerable and take off the masks that often the world has forced them to wear. As a late-diagnosed Neurospicy human, I understand the difficulties of navigating a world that wasn’t created for how your brain functions. I knew that as a therapist, I would have the ability to create an environment that encourages individuals and couples to unmask and spend time getting to understand what their needs are and how to identify accommodations. I became a therapist because I believe that supporting individuals and couples paves the way to building a stronger community for everyone. Relationships with self and romantic partners are some of the most crucial building blocks to creating change.
