My Background and Approach
I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, while you gain various coping strategies and tools to overcome obstacles. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I use an empathetic, holistic, and strength-based approach to support clients.
