I would describe my approach as gentle yet challenging. When we balance validation with resiliency, we are able to feel empowered in navigating the challenges that life often catapults our way. I value your self-knowledge and your resiliency is what will guide your therapeutic process of unearthing challenges and finding new ways to grow. Therapy is a journey that requires allowing yourself to be messy. When we are truly organizing, we must first allow ourselves the space to make a mess. We must pull things out of the shadows, examine them, and find where they truly belong. Sometimes, we find things we were missing and other times, we find things that no longer serve a purpose in our lives. Allowing these parts of ourselves to be present in sessions is welcomed and encouraged. I believe in meeting you where YOU are at, helping you meet goals without my own agenda or judgment.
