Many of us struggle with our self-esteem. We often have negative self talk and see ourselves as imperfect. I believe that most healing starts with forgiving and accepting yourself as a perfectly imperfect human being. You are worthy of love, respect and care just as you are, right now. My clients have benefitted from my ability to help them make peace with their inner self. I create a calm, relaxed environment where they can be safe to express themselves honestly.
Throughout my education, I have focused on domestic violence and it's impact. I have dedicated a majority of my education researching and understanding the complexities of intimate partner abuse and its effects, as well as how to help victims become survivors. In order to help victims of abuse, it is important that we create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for them so they can feel comfortable in opening up about their situation.
I work with neurodivergent individuals to help them learn new coping strategies, create new ways to manage their situations, and connect them to the neurodivergent community. With a deep understanding of what life is like for us, I'm able to connect better with my clients and make a real difference in their lives.
