I have been a therapist since 2010. I've worked with a diverse array of populations including youth experiencing homelessness, families in crisis, adults with suicidal ideation, and at an outpatient clinic with people 5-95 with a variety of mental health concerns. I have specialized training in working with people with trauma and am EMDR certified.
My approach to therapy is to be a human first, to connect, to listen, and to offer feedback in the moment that will help you move forward. Some of the types of therapy I use include EMDR, IFS, ACT, and a somatic, mindfulness based approach.
