I hold a safe space of acceptance, compassion, and connection for you to process, heal, integrate, explore, and transform. In our work together I recognize you as the expert on your life. I will be a mirror and guide, and will highlight patterns, provide tools, and offer perspective while empowering you to develop trust and confidence in yourself.
Trauma impacts the way we experience the world, and is stored in the body and nervous system. To retrain and regulate your nervous system, I integrate mindfulness/meditation, breathwork, and embodiment practices that help to establish safety within your body and the present moment.
We will observe how past influences present, and will work to observe and release limiting beliefs and stories that are no longer serving you. We will work to dismantle internalized oppression, systems, and heal generational trauma and inner child wounds.
