About My Clients
I specialize in helping high achievers who have anxiety, stress, perfectionism, disordered eating/sleeping, people pleasing, negative self talk and fear of failure. I am also trained in EMDR for clients who have trauma, issues with emotional regulation and are stuck in unhealthy patterns. I use mindfulness along with many other tools to help my clients grow. I work with veterans, athletes and clients with anxiety or trauma who are wanting to make lasting mental/physical/emotional changes.
My Background and Approach
I am an anxiety and trauma expert and am trained in helping people rewire their brain and break free of patterns that are keeping them stuck. I specialize in a mindfulness-based therapy and am trained in EMDR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), yoga and Sports Psychology. I offer a solution focused approach to help you reach your goals. I believe in developing a balanced mind and body, & utilize mindfulness and other techniques to help you understand what it is you most need or want. I provide evidence based treatment to give you tools and exercises to use outside of therapy to ensure you are empowered to reach your goals and become your best self.
