I work with adults and teens experiencing the impacts of anxiety, depression, or trauma. I help clients gain insight into the roots of their pain and use this awareness to implement skills to take better care of themselves in the present. Together, we can help you better understand and attend to your emotional experiences so you can lead a fuller life.
As I work with clients, I come from a trauma informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally responsive perspective. I incorporate psychodynamic, humanistic, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) informed approaches into the way I work with clients. I am here to sit with you, unpack what you’re carrying at your pace, and support you in making your own choices about what will be most life-giving for you on your healing journey.
