So no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I use a modality of tools and techniques that is individually based on each person and their current challenges. We'll work collaboratively to address the issues or challenges that are bothering you right now. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts. My practice has been focused on helping people have a healthy relationship with others, food, their body and a balanced work/school life. I have attended trainings that teach leading edge techniques. We'll address what's going on in your brain when you feel anxious and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief. We'll discuss what happens to your body when fear takes over so you can learn how to quickly calm down.
