About My Clients
Process your feelings and experiences, understand their impact on your life, and reconnect with yourself and your communities in meaningful ways. I offer support for major life stressors or transitions, family-of-origin and childhood trauma, and relationship conflict - to name a few areas. I provide virtual therapy in New York and Michigan and integrative life coaching for people interested in working together but reside outside the states where I'm licensed.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in processing and integrating our experiences, exploring their impact on our identities and our relationship with ourselves and others. I approach this work holistically, considering the intersection of non-pathologizing, justice-oriented, and liberation-centered care. My approach to my work is deeply intuitive, experiential, and nonlinear. I playfully invite imagination and creativity to reorient our understanding of who we are beyond what our experiences have shaped us to be. I work with adults, individuals, couples, multi-partnerships, and polycules. I don't accept insurance, and I offer a limited number of sliding-scale openings. I can provide a superbill if you would like to submit for out-of-network billing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a quirky, loving, and chronically ill human with neuro-difference/cognitive impairment. My favorite place to be is in the forest. I love how interconnected it is and how I fit and make sense there. I'm passionate about abolition and not pathologizing behaviors and experiences, especially those rooted in the context of colonization and systemic oppression. I’m committed to providing inclusive and equitable services that remind us of our humanity, imagination, and possibility. I proudly support 2SLGBTQ+ folx, people with disabilities, sex work, kink, poly, and neurodivergent communities.
