About My Clients
I understand you as the main character. Sometimes you may be experiencing hardships, relationship difficulties, struggles with the self, and/or transitions that might leave you feeling like you aren’t in control of the story you call life. That is where I can help collaborate with you on your healing journey. I find that thoughtful, curious questions and creating a sense of safety and security help promote growth and healing.

Why I am a Good Fit for You
Welcome to Oak Grove Therapy! I am an attachment-based therapist, which means I focus on YOU. Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, who you are today, and where you arrived. I believe therapy should encourage growth while promoting delight and joy in daily life. I also use humor and curiosity to bring new growth and comfort to light. Sometimes, finding similar thoughts and opinions can help people feel more human; other times, a challenging perspective might be something you're looking for to grow. Therapy with me looks like a safe and non-judgmental space to grow and explore. You can laugh, cry, shout, and transform...I encourage you to examine who you are, where you are coming from, and where you want to go. I identify as a white, cis-gendered millennial woman who practices body positivity. I am a social justice-driven therapist. I am a therapist who focuses on couples, individuals, life transitions, LGBTQIA2S individuals, anxiety, stress, worry, and somatic work.
