About My Clients

Clients who benefit most from my practices struggle with anxiety, depression, panic, somatic symptoms, feeling overwhelmed, not knowing who they are or what they want, feeling isolated, passionless, existentially challenged, lack of motivation, difficulty with boundaries, trauma, problems in relationships or at work, or who have a hard time sticking to a plan. It can be hard to identify exactly why a person feels like they need therapy, but getting started and showing up is the hardest part!

My Background and Approach

I have a passion for Somatic practices as a retired athlete. The body holds onto energy that we have a difficult time connecting to at times, so it is an amazing tool to use for therapy. Our body can also be a great way to expand positive experiences! Let’s create a relationship with the body to do it all.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Athletics was the name of the game! I have spent nearly every season of my life in a sport, with professional expertise in the Pole Vault. I have been known to take on a coaching of high school athletics like cross country and the pole vault, teaching youngsters about the relationship they can create with their body. I find the same lessons can be applied to trauma and consciousness related to the here-and-now.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
  • Christianity
