About My Clients
My sessions are a space for clients to safely explore their feelings, learn new ways to cope with stress, feel validated and supported, and improve their relationships. My clients are people facing challenges like anxiety, depression, difficulty managing their feelings, life transitions, and codependency. I also work with individuals in recovery and those questioning their relationship with alcohol, drugs, or other self-sabotaging behaviors.
My Background and Approach
I believe that each person is the expert on themselves, and it is my job to collaborate with clients to guide them to meet their goals. I use evidenced-based approaches but also focus on the whole person so we discuss all areas of wellbeing. Together we will identify your goals, challenge any unhelpful thought patterns, learn how to express feelings in safe way, learn new coping skills, and celebrate all of your wins! I have been working in the mental health field since 2010. I have a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Masters in Social Work also from Rutgers University.
