I have had extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and career professionals through issues surrounding life transitions (changes planned or unplanned, that are stressful or difficult), anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, and family/relationship issues.
I also specialize in work with young adults living with chronic illness and pain.

My approach is strength based and solution focused. I work from the philosophy that small steps can lead to big changes. I have seen that to be true in my own life as well as through my work with clients. I am trained in using Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Narrative Therapy techniques. I work from a solution focused standpoint but I blend strategies from other modalities to create a plan of action that is unique to you.
