I have a wide variety of experiences working with different types of mental health issues but have the most experience helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders or have unresolved trauma. My hope is to provide a safe space for you to process your emotions, develop a deeper understanding of your needs, wants and who you are, and help you make progress in your healing journey. My Background and Approach
My clinical approach is client centered, solution focused, and strengths based. Some of the therapeutic modalities I use are: EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parts Work, Somatic Psychotherapy, Gestalt Techniques, Narrative Techniques and Tapping Solutions/EFT tapping.
