I believe you are the expert on yourself, your life, and your experiences, so I will meet you where you are and work collaboratively to explore where you’d like to go. Together, we'll seek balance between acceptance of yourself as you are while courageously challenging and changing unhealthy patterns that prevent you from living the life you want. In our work together, we will honor your intersecting identities and how they influence the way you see and experience the world. We will also acknowledge the sometimes painful realities of the human experience and discover ways to cope with them. My approach is modern and eclectic, integrating EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and narrative techniques with psychodynamic, feminist, existential, and humanistic theories. This means I draw from multiple modalities to personalize your treatment based on your needs. My goal is to help you find clarity and healing while creating meaningful and sustainable change.

I will help you explore aspects of the past, challenges in the present, and hopes for the future to create the life you want while leaning into your natural strengths (yes, they're there, I promise!).
