I have two core goals for all my clients that layer with the individual goals they bring to treatment:
1. Foster resilience. In my experience, mental and relational wellbeing are found in resilience: the ability to adapt to life's changes with self-compassion.
2. Develop a strong, securely attached relationship with yourself. I firmly believe that the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have in your life. All other relationships stem from this!
In my telehealth private practice, I use an integrated therapeutic approach rooted in the belief that my clients are the experts of their own experiences to explore challenges and seek peace and healing. I have received training in Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory, among others. I am also trained in Brainspotting (Level 1), a powerful and effective modality for treating and releasing trauma.
