About My Clients
I work closely with folks experiencing life transitions, emerging adulthood, changing relationships, and low self-esteem. I’ve also worked with survivors of gender-based violence, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and PTSD. We’ll dig into your past experiences to get to the root of your struggles and plant new seeds that lead to personal growth. As a result, you’ll gain a healthier connection with yourself and more joy in your life.

I practice from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive mindset that honors your dynamic personal history.
