Are you in between different stages of your life? Do you feel overwhelmed with constant worries and stress? Life transitions and change can feel overwhelming. My goal is to offer you space to explore your worries and offer techniques to help manage stress. I also have a special interest in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, career transitions, self-esteem issues, and other daily life stressors.
My Background and Approach
I have gathered a variety of tools from my academic career - BA in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies, and currently in my Masters program in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness - to my professional career working with children and teenagers in extracurricular programs and as a tutor.
