My Background and Approach
I take an action-oriented approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to enhance self-awareness, expression, and acceptance. I have experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues/assertiveness, grief and loss, substance use, and trauma. I have been using EMDR since 2014 to help clients work on trauma.

During our sessions, we will look to identify and explore your beliefs, past and present challenges, and patterns of behavior. With hard work, our time together will allow us to promote the development of sustainable resilience.
