Many clients can get stuck in a cycle of anxiety that they can’t seem to break free from. Anxiety can manifest in multiple ways. Anxiety isn’t always panic attacks or shaking legs, often times it looks like cancelling plans at the last minute, heightened irritability, outbursts of anger or feeling constantly overwhelmed. If any of this sounds like you, help is available now. You will learn ways of both decreasing symptoms and coping with them when they appear.
Feeling stuck in a 9 to 5 job? Feel dissatisfied, but don't even know where to start? You don't have to figure it out alone. Often times, job dissatisfaction leaks into other areas of our lives, especially our marriages/family relationships. Career counseling can help get you on track to go from where you are to where you WANT to be.
If any of these sound like issues you would like to work on, don't hesitate to reach out. I do not believe that one size or techniques fits all and collaborate with each client to find the best treatment fit.
For couples, my focus is on using Gottman Style Couples Counseling techniques and Imago Relationship therapy techniques.
