As a clinician, I use an eclectic array of evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy. I have had the privilege of working with couples, families, adolescents, and individuals. In session, we will work together to determine what has or has not worked in the past. I will provide you with tools that will help you overcome the current problem, as well as future concerns. Whether your goal is to create peace in your family or decrease anxiety/depression, I am here to help.
You are the expert on your life. We all have times when we need to reach out for help and that is ok! Often, our strength and resiliency can be forgotten when in the midst of life's challenges. I am here to be your cheerleader during these times! Sometimes, we can adopt unhealthy ways of thinking (and do not always realize it) that are hindering us. I will help you challenge those negative thoughts and overcome other barriers you are facing.
