I work with issues such as anxiety, ADHD, relationship problems, difficult family dynamics, little "t" trauma, life transitions and more. Through a strong therapeutic connection, I help my clients reconnect with themselves and their values to make the changes they need to live happier and more fulfilling lives. Through collaboration, I will help you develop the skills to navigate life as your authentic self, while showing up in the world in a way that is aligned with your values.
My approach to therapy is holistic in nature, based on the belief that individuals hold the solutions and answers to their problems within. As a therapist, my role is to assist you in slowing down your thought processes, recognize unhelpful emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and help you develop skills that are not only realistic but transferable to your life outside of the therapeutic environment. My role is to walk beside you on your journey to living more authentically.
I believe that early experiences in life influence our strengths and weaknesses. Through processing these experiences and understanding the impact they have on use as individuals, we are better able to understand ourselves and those around us.
