I am here to help you navigate internal experiences, so that you can be fully present, find calm, and be empowered to live your life in the way you’ve imagined. In my practice, I provide a space of compassion and safety from which to understand the world around you and most importantly, within you. If you struggle with perfectionism, feelings of unworthiness, codependency, attachment conflict, depression or anxiety... you are not alone.
My Background and Approach
Together, we will work to disentangle the internal messaging that is holding you back so that you may heal and thrive. My theoretical approach to treatment is psychodynamic as well as a range of other Evidence Based models. Psychodynamic therapy is depth-oriented work, so getting an understanding of the root of why you do the things you do. Gaining this awareness allows you to make choices that align with your values in the present, and therefore getting those desired outcomes. I welcome you in taking this first step and look forward to taking this journey with you.

I believe that therapy is life-changing and life-saving. When we change the lens from which we see, anything is possible. I am here to facilitate this process, in a space that is safe, non-judgmental and encourages action through support and inspiration.
