About My Clients
Some questions that I invite you to think about are: Are you worried that the ways you cope with stress and everyday life are harming your health or your relationships? Is your past keeping you from being in the present moment? Do you wonder if your intimate relationship is healthy? Do you struggle to feel a sense of worthiness and belonging? My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, engaged and collaborative approach in my work with you. Initially we discuss the difficulties you are currently struggling with, what you would like to have happen, and then design a plan for how you can best move through life challenges and create meaningful and lasting change. You will be met with a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore new options to succeed in life. Our time together will allow you to have another person fully there in your corner to listen, ask meaningful questions and support you to actualize the life and relationships you truly want and deserve. I use Dialectical behavioral therapy to help out process your thoughts and pro ideas you with effective coping skills to help you reduce your distress and increase the results you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, love, and equality. My heart goes out to my Black and Asian brothers and sisters at this time whom are being targeted and treated unfairly.
