I believe that everyone has a story to tell. While some chapters aren't the ones we like to remember they can be challenged and rewritten. I enjoy working with individuals wanting to work on their stories and strive for new chapters.

Focusing on the negative can play a loop over and over so rather than doing that I like to focus on solutions and exceptions. In doing so I like to shift perceptions towards a brighter and more positive view and future.

Since beginning my work in the mental health field in 2015 anxiety has been a common theme. I enjoy working together with those who experience anxiety so that we can strive for a future they picture and hope for. Throughout my years of experience I've learned different therapy modalities to treat anxiety.

During my time working for The Center for Health Care Services I enjoyed working with those on felony probation and parole. I truly enjoyed working with my clients to help them adjust to reentry into the community and learn different strategies to work toward a better future.

Throughout my career, which included two years at The Rape Crisis Center, I've worked with individuals attempting to process and move forward from sexual abuse or assault. I've learned different therapy modalities to help clients through the processing phase, empower them to see their strengths, and work towards a future with their trauma managed.
