About My Clients
You might identify as a people pleaser, often shrinking yourself and prioritizing others' needs over your own. You may long to cultivate a deep sense of self-connection and address longstanding emotional patterns at their source while releasing yourself from cycles of intergenerational trauma passed down through your lineage. You seek to live your life with authenticity, clarity, and intention; staying connected not only to yourself, but also building strong communities around you.
My Background and Approach
I am a California, Washington, Hawaii licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize working with diverse adult individuals seeking to navigate anxiety, life transitions, and intergenerational trauma. In addition, I have specialty in treating individuals who are living with the effects of chronic pain and illness, as well as providing folks with psychedelic harm reduction and integration support. I enjoy working with BIPOC folks, and especially those who identify as AAPI and looking to explore their identity within their communities and walk a path of liberation and decolonization. I utilize Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting techniques for visualization and deep processing, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and solution focused methods.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My lens prioritizes the decolonization of therapy, anti-racism, anti-imperialism, feminism, and promoting radical accessibility and inclusion.
