About My Clients

I have experience and am passionate about working particularly with women’s issues, disordered eating and body dysmorphia, healing from trauma and shame, formation of identity and self, and understanding roots of anxiety and depression.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic framework draws from feminist, humanist, internal family systems (IFS), and psychodynamic modalities. I am honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with you in the process of identifying and actualizing your internal sense of power and resilience to find a content, peaceful, and intentional way of living.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Though there are times during which we feel uncertainty, fear, loss or even hopelessness, I believe we all possess an internal reservoir of strength and resiliency that never runs dry. The often-overwhelming challenge for many of us is accessing this sense of strength in self and trusting our ability to heal ourselves. I am dedicated to a strength-based, non-pathologizing process of empowering my clients to listen, honor, and validate their own internal experiences through a lens of self-compassion.
