My ideal client is someone struggling with anxiety and self-esteem issues. We will begin with a consultation call and then schedule an evaluation session to determine if we are a good fit. During the evaluation, I will ask about any problematic thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors you are experiencing, as well as your life history.
My Background and Approach
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is considered the gold standard for treating anxiety disorders. Often, individuals overestimate threats and underestimate their ability to cope. My role is to guide you and provide you with the necessary skills to manage these challenges effectively. Together, we'll break free from cycles of negativity, empowering you with the tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and purpose. Originally from Portland, Oregon, I have always had a deep connection with nature and found expression through art. I firmly believe in guiding clients to recognize that anxiety doesn't define their identity, emphasizing the inherent resilience present in every individual.
