About My Clients
I work with individuals who are working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, family dynamics, life transitions, trauma and PTSD, abuse, parenting, spirituality, grief and loss, and those identifying as highly sensitive. I also have a special interest in working with clients coping with the impact of early parent loss (before age 20). **Please Note: I am an Out of Network insurance provider.
My Background and Approach
I am a relational, psychodynamic therapist working with adult individuals. My training includes a deep understanding of trauma and complex PTSD, deep harm in relationship and the ongoing impact which includes anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, and somatic symptoms. I offer an attuned presence and a safe place for genuine connection. I pay attention to clients in their own context, understanding that individuals come to therapy from diverse backgrounds and that impacts the treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Sometimes we move through life without a deep sense of who we are and how our story has shaped us. Together, we will work to help you find awareness and a deep understanding of your life and relationships up to this point. Our work will be to befriend the known and unknown parts of yourself, listening to the stories and pain they hold. We will work to restore trust in your own inner resilience and knowing. I approach therapy with the belief that our minds and bodies are extremely intuitive and that at our core, we know how to heal.
