About My Clients

I tend to work best with clients struggling with gender identity, sexuality or those who feel outside of the margins. Therapy is a safe space to figure out who you are and who you're ready to be with a clinician who has specialized training with marginalized genders. Folks with a history of substance use, those who are struggling with relationship issues and individuals who feel ready to shift parts of themselves find our sessions a supportive catalyst to that work

My Background and Approach

I work from a psychodynamic approach, focusing on the psychological roots of emotional suffering - together we shine a light on your thoughts and feelings and explore together how to shift those to reach goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

To be fully alive in the 21st century, each of us has to make a conscious choice. Barriers can arise, challenging our ability to maintain personal values, stay mentally and emotionally stable, and live a life of our choosing. I work to help clients realize their version of a rich and balanced life. I provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free space to help you work through barriers that lie between where you are and where you want to be. What would you do if you knew you would not fail?
