About My Clients
My goal as a therapist is to support you in clarifying the symptoms experienced, creating a specific and tangible goal, and to forge a path together to reach the goal and address the symptoms. Frequency of sessions depends on how much support is beneficial for you. I suggest starting with weekly sessions and then increasing or reducing session frequency to as needed.
My Background and Approach
Professional techniques are used throughout this process. One or a combination of techniques are applied for the purpose of helping you take a secure step towards a positive desired outcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My beliefs encompass parts of multiple religions and scientific theories, rooted with the desire to be positive in what I do and create. On my free time I like to exercise, cultivate plants and study astronomy.
