Ecotherapy is the practice of using nature as a co-therapist. Nature has much to teach us about healing and growth. I offer outdoor sessions on a "as needed" basis.
Mindfulness allows us to slow down and be present in the moment and with our breath. This is a practice I like to incorporate with clients dealing with high anxiety, disconnection, and overwhelm. However, mindfulness is a beneficial practice for everyone.
NVC teaches us to understand and know what our needs and feelings are. I come back again and again to this practice with clients, no matter the circumstance.
