About My Clients
Let's get to it. I'm here to help you facilitate big changes in your life. I specialize in working with trauma, meaning that from session one I will work with you to understand how current problems may stem from past experiences. I live for sessions where clients say “that makes so much sense!” Right away I will be transparent about what course of treatment may be helpful for you and what approaches or goals I believe could be helpful.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR and specialize in working with those that have experienced trauma. I also use somatic experiencing and mindfulness practices, to help clear trauma held in the body. I also have a focus on working with women trying to conceive, are pregnant, or postpartum, and am in the process of completing a certification in perinatal mental health
